We always aim to offer the very best levels of service possible – and we really do hope you are delighted with your natural skin care products order. But if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org to advise know which items you are not happy with and the reasons why you would like to return the item. You can either have a full refund on the cost of the products or you can exchange the product for something else.
You may change your mind and cancel your order within SEVEN (7) working days after the day you receive your goods. If you choose to cancel your order we will refund:
- the full purchase price
- the delivery charges incurred in delivering the goods to you
Note: If you choose to cancel your order you will be expected to return the goods in your order to us in perfect condition. We will NOT refund the return delivery charges (cost for returning goods to us). We recommend you send returned items by either recorded delivery or guaranteed delivery to ensure you are covered for compensation should it get lost in the post; as we cannot accept responsiblity for returned goods that are lost in transit.
Damaged Or Fault Products and Incorrect Orders
If the product or the container is faulty, or if we’ve made a mistake with your order and sent you the wrong item, we will also refund the cost of the original delivery and we will also pay the postage costs you have incurred to send back the item.
Please just enclose the till receipt from the post office (please make sure you return faulty items or incorrect items by recorded delivery).
If you are sending back an item please include the following details:
- Your full name
- Your full address
- Your Order Number
- Your reason for returning the products

Your refund will be issued within 10 days of receiving your returned good against the original credit or debit card that you paid with. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
